Investment Associate (legal)
Responsibility
l Support and advise on M&A transactions, including domestic or cross-border deals；
l Assist in the legal execution of investment and post-investment management, reviewing and negotiating a variety of overseas M&A transaction documents with outside counsel as required；
l Assist in post investment management, including reporting, evaluation, monitoring, optimization, board meeting, and etc；
l Assist the investment team actively in industry research, sourcing investment opportunities and proper due diligence of new unquoted investments.
Requirement
l Strong academic credentials in Law from international top university with a minimum of 2 year PQE;
l Analysis and good understanding of standard private equity deal documentation and agreement is key for this role; extensive experiences at recognized international law firms or in-house legal department focusing on international M&A transaction or fund service would be considered as an asset;
l Excellent communication skills in both mandarin and English;
l Passionate and motivated to learn about technology investment, business sense and in depth research capability in technology investment are a plus, though work experience in private equity investment is not required.
